SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

• Our Dressing Room accepts returns within 14 days of signed receipt of shipped goods.
• No returns are accepted for Evening Wear, Undergarments, Jewellery, Sale Items and Altered Items.
• The customer is held wholly responsible to inspect their parcel upon receipt, should any damages be observed, it must be reported to Our Dressing Room within 24hrs of receipt.
• Returns are only accepted when accompanied with an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Please contact Our Dressing Room to discuss the reasons for your return and to obtain this Authorization.
• Any items returned without an RGA will not be the liability of Our Dressing Room and may be refused as a "Return to Sender Shipment". All expenses for this refusal will be owned by the customer returning a non-authorized parcel.
• The customer agrees to cover any and all Shipping and Packaging costs of returning the items to Our Dressing Room.
• Should an item be deemed defective and it is replaced by Our Dressing Room, It will be left to the sole discretion of Our Dressing Room to reimburse the charges incurred for returning this item or issuing an equivalent credit via a gift certificate.
• Should an item be returned under false pretenses, and it is deemed to fall under the non-returnable items clause of this policy, the item will be returned at the expense of the Customer.
• Our Dressing Room reserves the right to amend any or all statements made within this policy without any notifications to its customers. Please ensure you periodically check this policy to ensure you agree.
• Completing an Online transaction with Our Dressing Room implicitly accepts all terms set forth in this agreement.
